LY- HB3000A Intelligent 2 in 1 Rigid Box Making Machine (within bubble pressing functions)
The LY-HB3000A is an intelligent 2-in-1 high-speed rigid box making machine with an integrated online bubble pressing function. It achieves a production speed of up to 40 pcs/min (for double-sheet operation), positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, and a change-over-time as short as 30 minutes. It is suitable for producing a wide range of rigid boxes, including smartphone boxes, cosmetic boxes, jewelry boxes, wine box lids, and other premium packaging boxes, fully meeting the demands of today’s diversified packaging market.
This machine adopts a servo control system and a vision positioning system, featuring a 10-megapixel camera tracking system and a YAMAHA robot arm for precise gray board positioning. It automatically completes paper feeding, gluing, cardboard feeding, corner pasting, positioning, box forming, edge wrapping, and in-line bubble pressing. The dual forming stations are servo-controlled and equipped with a virtual cam driving system, ensuring high output and stable operation. With a wide forming range (min. 45×45×15mm, max. 550×400×130mm), collision detection alarm, and scratch-resistant design, the LY-HB3000A offers excellent reliability and ease of operation.

- A dual-station belt feeding system simultaneously transports two matching boxes of different sizes to the positioning section.
- Easy to set up, tape width in 19mm.
